Steve Moseley founded Rockland Management LLC in 2009. Rockland provides customized alternative asset management and advisory services to institutional investors. The firm was organized to deliver superior client service and investment expertise in a boutique format to resource-constrained investors. In addition to strategy assessment and due diligence support, Rockland has established a unique emphasis on the design, development, implementation and management of private equity co-investment programs. Prior to leading Rockland Management LLC, Steve served as President of StepStone Group, a private equity firm based in La Jolla, California. At StepStone Group and at StepStone’s predecessor company, Pacific Corporate Group, Steve provided investment advice and management services to many of the world’s largest private equity investors, including the China Investment Corp., CalPERS, the New York City Pension System, and others. Before working with StepStone Group, Stephen J. Moseley served as Co-president of PCG Capital Partners and as the primary investment manager at Estes Management, where he managed the analytical and investment activity of a $775 million private equity co-investment fund. Steve graduated from Wesleyan University with a BA in government and Yale University, where he earned his MBA.
