Right now my life is revolving around my beautiful daughter, who turns one year old in November (2005). I can't believe the word "playgroup" is a staple in my vocabulary these days, but I guess I have become a complete stereotype of a stay-at-home-mom! Luckily, I have a bunch of good friends who all had babies at the same time, so I am able to get some adult conversation in my life, and I have a supportive and loving husband who gets that staying home isn't a picnic! Since I was once being paid (as a nanny) to do what I now do for free, it sure *feels* like work sometimes, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
