Mr. van Rossum brings a rich history as a senior-level manager and consultant in domestic and international private and non-profit sectors. He has a strong background in management development, strategic planning organizational development, conflict resolution, leadership development organizational change of complex multilevel multi location organizations and consulting with small businesses. Mr. van Rossum is an adjunct professor in the Masters of Human Resources program at Marygrove College, Detroit, Michigan.Jerry holds graduate degrees in Management from the Richard DeVos graduate School of Management and Religion from Park College, Parkville, Missouri.
