Texas Anger Managers supply practice excercises to mute anger before it gets out of control. The group is offered alternatives to verbal outbursts and harmful behaviors ; lessons are surveyed, written and filmed from focus groups that are real and often jerk the emotions of those viewing. The objective of the anger management sessions are to gain FOCUS, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE in a fun environment.
