Formerly an interactive television industry professional and networking authority, I was apprenticed in human factors research methods. I have a solid academic understanding of the cognitive, social, biological, and developmental foundations of human behavior. I am particularly fascinated by how people use consumer electronics. As a grad student in the human factors program at Wichita State University, I researched social media and the real-time web. My interests centered around Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), particularly within ubiquitous computing, mobile user experience, and usability testing.
