Paul T. Chenoweth Age 69

Nashville, TN | Nashville, AR

Also known as: TheRock

I am an aging digital native, exposed to my first computer in 1973 and never losing sight of one since...always looking for creative outlets, ways to engage people in education, and generally fun to be around. Following three years of having my nose stuck in books, professional journals, and general academic writing, my son showed me a simple clay whistle that he constructed as part of his college work. It was just the inspiration that I needed to get my hands back into the mud (after 20+ years) to relieve some of the suppressed creative energy of my degree pursuit. That inspiration along with Barry Hall's "Mud to Music" book keeps me thinking of whimsical-to-practical ceramic instruments. Several images of that work are displayed here...your thoughts and comments are welcome and appreciated. Blog: "M" is for MugPhlute
