With experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Toni Mayros has a proven track record. Beginning her career in the retail industry, Toni managed stores with an operating budget of approximately million annually. Expanding her professional growth into the field of higher education, Toni took on roles that included project management and Human Resources Generalist functions in the areas of training, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and retention for approximately staff members. Furthering her career, Toni began working with the TUI Travel group of companies. While with TUI Marine, Toni served as an HR partner to Marine's global populations located in the United States, Caribbean, Asia, South Africa, St. Martin, Tahiti, Seychelles, Mexico, Australia and Belize. Within this position Toni provided full spectrum HR support including partnering on matters relating to labour lawlegislation, employee relations, compensation, training, recruitment, benefit administration and immigration. Today, Toni is the Head of Human Resources for the North American Education Division of TUI leading the HR function for a set of businesses and brands. Toni holds a bachelors degree in business from the University of Phoenix and a dual-masters degree in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development from Webster University. In addition, she holds certification as a Professional in Human Resource (PHR) with the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
