I have thrived working in this industry due to the constant challenge of improving the quality of a product manufactured for consumers but also improving myself as an employee and a leader. I also own my own painting business in the Jacksonville area. I have had my business now since 2004 and have met many challenges as a business owner. One of them marketing.
