I am UXUI designer and consultant with over years experience. I primarily work with learning, knowledge management, data representation, but have built a lot of fun cool things. My clients have included school systems, US Federal agencies, nonprofits, and a few things for the military. Listening and problem solving with users and clients makes me gleefully happy. As a manager, I care a lot about team dynamics and how people work together. I want to help my team feel that they are valued and can grow. I try to make working fun, even if it is the middle of the night and a deliverable is due the next day.
