Buying a home is something most people dream about, and it’s rewarding to be able to make that dream come true. Nearly a decade since helping my first family finance their home, helping others achieve the dream of owning a home is still what motivates me. It drives me to offer the highest standard of care for my clients’ financial well being whose purchase is complicated by conditions or risk factors, whether known before we meet or only found during the qualification.I am proud of this practice. I believe it’s essential to offer leading-edge advice, and that starts with caring enough to do everything right and as well as it can be done.I currently reside in Las Vegas and have many ties to my previous home in Maui. I run Operations for Alderus Funding & Investments, a boutique broker built like no other. My wife, a former performer with Cirque du Soleil, now works with Cirque corporate assisting high-at-risk kids among other responsibilities. We have a beautiful little boy and are expecting our second in early 2011.
