My career has focused on project management and delivery, mainly in the Finance industry, where I have honed my skills in business analysis and project management. With over 7 years of project experience, I'm currently managing small- to medium-sized projects for a provincial Financial Institution as well as developing an Enterprise Planning Framework along with supporting tools and processes. I've been involved in two major ERP implementations - one being a Core Banking replacement - and have established and refined structure and governance for system incident management.
