I assemble and manage project teams to prepare environmental impact statements (EISs) and assessments (EAs) under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). I also serve on teams as a NEPA and natural resource task leader. As a Certified Wildlife Biologist , I prepare consultation documents under the Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, and Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Most of my work involves projects proposed on rural and natural resource lands, including public lands private forest, crop and range lands and marine and freshwater shorelines.
